Genesis 8:3
King James Version
3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually:
and after the end of the hundred and fifty days
the waters were abated.
Did giants survive the GREAT flood?
This is what Scripture says:
Genesis 7:21-23
King James Version
21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth,
both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast,
and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth,
and every man:
22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of life,
of all that was in the dry land, died.
23 And every living substance was destroyed
which was upon the face of the ground,
both man, and cattle,
and the creeping things,
and the fowl of the heaven;
and they were destroyed from the earth:
and Noah only remained alive,
and they that were with him in the ark.
But what about stories of giants after the flood?
They must have survived?
How did that happen?
I mull that question in my mind, too.
And all I could think of is what GOD said:
Isaiah 55:8-9
King James Version
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
And what JESUS said:
Luke 21:22
King James Version
22 For these be the days of vengeance,
that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
Mark 14:49
King James Version
49 I was daily with you in the temple teaching,
and ye took me not:
but the scriptures must be fulfilled.
If giants continued to exist, it's always for GOD's purpose.
That Scripture may be fulfilled.
If there was no giant Goliath, how would David fulfill his destiny?
Somehow, somewhere, giants survived.
And continued to sow terror among the people.
The next posts will speak of these abominable creatures.
And how Israel defeated them.
Let's start with the story about David and Goliath.
Head over to the next post, thanks!
